Shipping Policy – Folks Medical Supplies

Thank you for shopping at Folks Medical Supplies. We are committed to delivering your medical supplies quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Domestic addresses within South Africa

If your location is not listed or you have questions about international shipping, please contact us at sales@folksmed.co.za


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 14:00  will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation and a tracking number once your shipment is dispatched.

 

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.

  • Free shipping  for orders over R500 ex vat (Gauteng only).

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other unforeseen issues.

 

4. Delays and Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery (please ensure a safe delivery location).

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
